Discover the astonishing art pieces and mural of local and international artists at our spaces.

In 2017, Sheryo & Yok launched Factory Arts by inviting ten artists from all over the world. Since then, our walls and space have become a living canvas, under the curation of KBach Arts from 2017 to early days of 2020. From April 2020, under the management of FT Productions with international artists; Théo Vallier & FONKi Yav. Factory continues to be an ever-evolving piece of art, showcasing the best fusion of Cambodian and international talents.

ARTSPACE

The creative beating heart of Factory is the 2,200 square-meter Artspace – the largest creative establishment in Cambodia. Artspace was home to KBach Gallery from 2017 to 2020 (early days) and now is home to FT Gallery, AiR Gallery, Sculpt Gallery, Arts Café, Art Market, Event Space, and Artisan Studios.

ANYONE IN RESIDENCE​

Factory is running the "Anyone in Residence" (AiR) project, designed for artists, creatives and technology professionals to have short-term access to the ArtSpace facilities and community.

ARTIST PROFILES

THEO VALLIER

Théo Vallier is a French artist who has lived and worked in Phnom Penh, since 2007. His work is inspired by the Khmer mythology which he combines with an urban style. He is one of the pioneers of the street art movement in Cambodia.

Co-creator of the festival Cambodia Urban Art he has been working in Cambodia and oversea to promote the Khmer culture internationally.

He enjoys working in multiple media and continues to experiment with different techniques like graphic design, street art, silk-screen printing, and more.

FONKi YAV

FONKi is a Cambodian artist who grew up in Montreal and was born in 1990 in Paris. In 2005, FONKi discovered graffiti and began painting. His triple identity, accompanied by the universal language of art, makes him discover the world.

Since recognized as one of the pioneers of Cambodia’s graffiti/street art scene alongside his compatriots, Peap Tarr & Lisa Mam, Tones DVS-EDK, and Théo Vallier, with whom he paints, FONKi uses his Art as ambassador of Khmer culture, as a tool to create bridges across the world and to forge links with the different communities where he paints.

After more than 15 years of passion and love for art, FONKi has produced over one hundred creative projects across America, Europe and Asia and received international attention while his work can be admired around the world.
